Service Description
These packages blend salsa technique, somatic grounding, emotional wellness, and nervous-system–aware coaching to help you reconnect with your body, build confidence, and release stored tension through culturally rooted movement. Perfect For: Beginners, women rebuilding confidence, anyone easing into movement after stress, burnout, or emotional heaviness. What’s Included: 4/6/8 weekly 1:1 therapeutic salsa sessions Somatic grounding + breathwork to center your body and regulate your nervous system Gentle movement warm-up for emotional release and tension reduction Salsa fundamentals blended with therapeutic body awareness Posture, confidence, and feminine embodiment technique training Expressive shines and flow sequences that support empowerment Guided emotional-release movement using rhythm and intentional flow Nervous system regulation tools (breath–movement syncing, safe embodiment cues) Personalized movement corrections + tailored coaching for your goals Weekly reflection prompts to support emotional growth outside of sessions Take-home grounding or affirmation ritual to reinforce your transformation
Cancellation Policy
At Rhema of Light, I am committed to providing couples with an enriching and transformative experience. To ensure that all clients receive the best possible service, I have a clear cancellation policy for our Couples Salsa Life Coaching Sessions. Coaching Session Terms: Nonrefundable: All Couples Salsa Life Coaching Sessions are nonrefundable. Once the session is booked and paid for, the session fee is non-refundable. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Cancellation Notice: We require at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Session Credit: If a session is canceled with at least 48 hours' notice, you will receive a credit for the canceled session, which can be used toward a rescheduled appointment. The credit must be used within 30 days from the cancellation date. Late Cancellations: If a session is canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, no credit will be issued, and the session will be forfeited. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us as soon as possible. I will do our best to accommodate you based on availability. The credit from a canceled session can be applied to your rescheduled appointment within the 30-day window. By booking a Couples Salsa Life Coaching Session, you agree to the terms of this cancellation and rescheduling policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
